The problem occurs in Wireframe after i have imported an RCS/RCP to the DWG, still consists after i remove the PC. Found a similar thread without a solution in 2018.

I cant zoom out with scroll wheel if im zoomed in unless i press and hold middle mousewheel and scroll (pan+scroll)
Does anyone know why this happens? I work with Pointclouds in autocad daily on many different files and this is the first time it happens. I have tried to import a different pc to the DWG and the problem occurs again and its impossible to work with.
