Cant zoom out with scroll wheel wireframe mode

The problem occurs in Wireframe after i have imported an RCS/RCP to the DWG, still consists after i remove the PC. Found a similar thread without a solution in 2018.

I cant zoom out with scroll wheel if im zoomed in unless i press and hold middle mousewheel and scroll (pan+scroll) 

Does anyone know why this happens? I work with Pointclouds in autocad daily on many different files and this is the first time it happens. I have tried to import a different pc to the DWG and the problem occurs again and its impossible to work with.

You need to send the REGEN command (RG is the shortcut in French, probably in English too)....

Not much time to read the thread with attention.

Can you stop scrolling ? enter RG and be satisfied or not ?

What about the zoom command ? option All or .5x factor or else ? And then scrolling again ?

I am answering like i was talking about an old version with no cloud...
