How to make a dotted line model into practice and into a three dimensional object.

When I merged the two files of the model created in Auto Cad, the files became one, but the model was a pointillist drawing and not three-dimensional.

I want to select a model by itself, but end up selecting the entire model.

I would like to add solid lines to a dotted line model to make it a three-dimensional model.
