Hebrew Font shows as question marks within file.

I have an issue with Hebrew text showing up as question marks. I have downloaded some fonts I found online and it didn't work. The text still shows up as question marks. Oddly enough, some of the text does show up in hebrew while some of it doesn't. Please help. Thanks!

Check that the font for all the characters is actually Hebrew, some of them might not be.

ALSO you will find sometimes that NOT ALL characters are available in all fonts.

eg My company makes me use Fritzquadrata for my drawings. The approximate character (≈) is available in Arial BUT NOT in Fritzquadrata

You are using the incorrect FONT file, or missing a BIGFONT: ask the file creator to send you all relevant files by packing it all with eTRANSMIT command.

Thanks for the help. I found a set of files on the website listed below. After downloading them, I copied them to Computer>Windows7_OS (C: ) > Program Files > Autodesk > AutoCAD 2016 > Fonts.
