Foreign Language Block Property Names

I have a DWG containing two blocks that have the same dynamic properties. However, they are in different languages.  One was used in the USA, and the other in China.

 

How would you update or convert the Chinese characters to the English equivalent?  My Excel extract of the property information currently looks like this:
