Share with us screenshots of your ABOUT and GRAPHICSCONFIG command pop-ups please, and if you can, let us know about your PC specs and the typical size/content of your DWG files that are always this slow.

i have the same issues

we used autocad architecture 2023 everything went fine

now we changed to 2025 and it looks like we have this automatic reloding LAG thing...

well or PCs are selfbuilt with amd ryzen 7/9 and amd graka like a Radeaon RX 6/7000 32 up to 64 gb Ram DDR 4/5

windows 10 pro

all your solutions dont stop autocad from doing the automatic regen....

Have you installed the AutoCAd 2025.1 and ARCH2025.0.1 Updates yet? ABOUT command in your AutoCAD will confirm what you have installed. If not, get it from your Autodesk Account Page here https://manage.autodesk.com/cep/#products-services/updates
Restart your PC afterwards.

If that did not help... Set GFXDX12 variable to 0 (that's a zero) then restart AutoCAD/ARCH2025.

Also consider turning off LINESMOOTHING and LINEFADING variables: if still no relief then start GRAPHICSCONFIG command and change the 2D Display Settings pulldown from "advanced mode" to one of the other choices.

If all else fails, then turn off Hardware Acceleration as a last resort, and start a support ticket through your subscription portal as explained here
https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-find-my-sup...

Then switch to ARCH2024, seems the way to go for some offices while 2025's next set of updates are released later this year.

sadly the "access app" does not show the "autocad" updates, if i only have Autocad architectural installed...

i needed to download autocad 2025.1 manualy, which is a big issue i think, if that is not covered automaticly by the app which only should give new updates....

ill try now how its going...
