When trying to import an existing layout into the new Sheet Sets for Web (which is used for Autodesk Docs projects) following Autodesk's recommended workflow:

Sometimes the Sheet imports into Sheet Set, and sometimes it doesn't. Just wondering if this is normal (i.e. there are known glitches with importing sheets in the new Sheet Sets for Web) or if there's another reason why the sheets are not always importing correctly.
I've attached the Sheet Set and Title Block that I'm using.
