fail to download

what shoud i do? i can finish downloading the software because there's an error..and i try to download it again quite sometimes but all i can see is this..

What have you tried from >>>here<<<?

Most common solution is to download the software (instead of using the "install now" option) from Autodesk Virtual Agent >>>click<<< (all files) and run the installation then with the local /downloaded file(s).

i already disable my anti-virus but still..i cant download the software..and error:8 is still popping..tnx

In the list of suggestions/search results in my first link there is more than just one suggestion "turn off antivirus" to be found 😉

AND:

I guess you have not followed my second link with downloading from Virtual Agent, am I correct?
