Divide a circle with specific starting point (for example : top (90 degree, at y axis).

I want Divide a circle from top not right.

if I know correctly, starting point of circle  is always right (on x-axis) 

without polygon nor array

DIVIDE always starts at the start of the object, and the start of a Circle is always as you say -- at 0° from the center, even after you try Rotating the Circle.  A command could be defined to do the DIVIDE and then ROTATE the Points, or to make the Points separately based on your criteria, rather than via DIVIDE.  [I was hoping it would work to temporarily change the UCS so the X axis aims toward your desired start point, or to change ANGBASE so 0° is where you want, but I find neither approach works.]

Not sure if this will work for you but if you create an arc (or cut out a very small segment - say 0.0000001 of the circle) starting where you want the starting point to be located.......

I have just tested this solution : change the value of SNAPANG and the divide command will change its 0° reference please to that setting. 😉

So it will!  I had tried changing the UCS and ANGBASE, but not SNAPANG.

It worked, but I don't know why snapang makes starting changed.

I have no clear explanation !!! It worked when i tested the idea. That's all i can say 😉
