Different results for Batch Plot vs Plot

I am trying to batch plot a set of plans.  After using the batch plot function I am noticing a portion of the drawing not being plotted.  I am not having this problem when plotting.  I have attached a copy of both types of plots.  I don't understand why the bath plot would have this issue.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

a few questions to start:

  • which version of AutoCAD are you running, which service pack is installed for AutoCAD (and did you search for newer service packs).
  • which PDF-driver did you use

I'm not sure how the view the service packs I have installed. I have windows 10 and all the instructions I found to view them are for different versions of windows.

I using this driver for the batch plot: Non-System Driver - Autodesk ePlot (PDF) DWG To PDF

Hi,

>> I'm not sure how the view the service packs I have installed

Start command _ABOUT, upload a screenshot from that dialog (mask your serial, if there is any).

>> Civil 3D 2015 [...] I have windows 10

Does not mean that this is the source of the issue, but Civil 3D 2015 is no designed to run on Windows 10

Please find >>>there<<< the system requirements.

Hi @dtissellREJTW,

I see that you are visiting as a new member. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

I am sorry you are seeing this strange issue with Publish vs Plot. Is it possible to eTransmit a few drawings and post the Zip to this thread?  I would like to see if it happens on my side as well.

When you run the Publish, are you applying a named page setup? Or, are you simply using the Publish to: PDF?

Thanks for your help. I found a solution. I regraded the areas that were not printing. Not ideal, but it works.

Thanks,

Daniel

I was using the publish to pdf.  Unfortunately I overwrote the documents.  I found that they would print correctly if I deleted the grading I had and regraded.
