Hi @Anonymous,

I see that you are visiting as a new member. Welcome to the Autodesk Community! 

eTransmit is a utility in AutoCAD that is designed to gather all the components required to transmit a file(s) to others so that they can work with the file.

It should help bundle xref files, fonts and more so the recipient has everything they need.

If the recipient does not have AutoCAD then they also have the option of using online or installed viewer apps.
