design for 3d printing

Anonymous
Not applicable

I converted spine CT dicom file to dxf file.

I want to make hole inside the spine, but I can not do that.

I attached the file, if you can, I want to know the method.

Please, let me know.

Hi,

first run command _CONVTOSURFACE, that creates surface objects from your 3D-Faces.

Next start command _SURFSCULPT, that creates a 3D-Solid object ... and that object type can now be modified using boolean functions.

Good luck, - alfred -

PS: please find attached the result I did using AutoCAD 2016
