Creating a Keynote List based on Keynotes Used in a drawing...

In the past, I had worked on a project that all I had to do was provide the correct keynotes and then type in a command that populated the Keynote List.

Is this a feature that is still available with AutoCAD?  And if so what is the command?

I am also aware that one of the autocad platforms has a keynote database.

Autodesk's Architectural Desktop may have that.  If you wish to remain on your existing AutoCAD, take a look at the Keynote functionality in ToolPac.

I have file that includes these blocks, but I do not see the associated .dxe file ...

The file has an entire list of blocks (100-900) when you select insert ...

There is also a table that contains only a few of the categories ...

I had updated it once with a command but have since forgotten that command

Any ideas ...
