I have the problem in AUTOCAD how to create curve in 3D to make a solid 3D curved transition

If I understood correctly, you want the result to be a "Solid" not a "Surface"..

You can follow the steps I've shown, then:

1- Copy or move the newly created part away to be able to see both ends..

2- Use "Patch" command to close both ends:

        - Patch > ch (for chain) > Select the opening border.. > enter > enter..

        - Repeat for the second end

3- "Union" all three surfaces, accept the warning and proceed..

4- Use the command "CONVTOSOLID" to convert the result to solid..
