In AutoCAD type EXPORT, the STL option will appear in the FILES OF TYPE.

The OP is confusing, its titled DWF but DWG is in the actual question.

Is the original question for exporting from DWF or DWG to STL?

So far I see:

.obj to STL

.dwg to .stl

.dwf to stl

and I don't know anything about using Mac as OP does.

Using your file in Acad 2016 when attempting to export to .stl, Acad reports this; "Command: _EXPORT Select solids or watertight meshes: all 5261 found Select solids or watertight meshes: Selected objects must be solids or watertight meshes. 5261 objects removed from the selection set." So, something is wrong with the wireframe/mesh objects in this file. It will not export to .stl in this current condition. HTH

Patchy, I get a bunch of the below errors when using your DWG.

Modeling Operation Error:
Inconsistent edge-face relationships.
The Boolean operation on solid and/or surface bodies failed.

Could be 2008 I'm using?

Time to get new versions, I'm broke.

Maybe Autodesk has something free 3 years for Expert Elite Smiley Very Happy

I'm testing with AutoCAD 2016, with no luck on either DWG supplied.

original file was .obj but not viewable on autocad so I converted to .dfx to view in autocad

Then the issue is probably with the conversion from OBJ to DXF.

What application did you use?
