command laser cutting

Is there a command or plug-in for autocad which place every laser-cutting-part inside a square in an efficient way?

Nope, that's the part making you a skill worker.

Playing jigsaw puzzles.

no, but make your shapes regions, subtracting them from the exterior rectangle (also made into region)

you can then compare the area of the "drop" in different configurations to see which is most efficient.

Kind of...

Theres an autodesk program called 123D Make. Here, you can export an autocad 3D model (restrictions apply) and the program automatically draws pieces for different printing techniques in an efficient way. I think what you'd want is the "Folded pieces" option.
