Cannot ID Z values in 3D model

Hi,

I am running AutoCAD 2016 and have been for a while. I use AutoCAD to view 3D earthworks models and other Xrefs. I used to be able to ID a point and get the X, Y and Z values, however, recently I have typed in the ID command and I am getting Z = 0.0000 instead of the actual Z value. My colleagues open up the same 3D model and they can ID all X, Y and Z values on their machines.

I'm not sure if I accidentally set up my CAD to automatically flatten my 3D models or whether there is something else going on. Would appreciate any trouble shooting tips. I have attached an image of an example ID command which gives me null Z value.

Hi Imad

That did not work unfortunately, that box was already unchecked when I opened the Drafting tab.

Issue is still there.
