there is no standard command available which can do that. You might run BURST in a copy of that file to get the texts created from attribute values and copy/paste the text objects back to the original dwg-file (and clean the attribute values there).
BUT ... may I ask what for that is done, that only destroys a structure and I can't see the profit in doing that.
Understanding the background of that need might bring up some alternatives 😉

in my drawing, I have to copy inputs from other designers. One of them uses block with more attributes for the definition of the code of items (example YYY/XXX). The problem is that: if i want move the code of one of this item (because, for example, it overlaps other items) i have to move 3 attributes separately (first is "YYY", second is "/", third is "XXX") with loss of time and accuracy. For that reason, I apply command burst on block and then I join the 3 texts for obtain one only to move as I want, but meanwhile the blocks are exploded, weighting the file .
