Backslash added to file

I have 2016 Lt for Mac and my business partner has 2017 Lt for PC. We have never had a problem until she upgraded to 2017. Now every time she e-transmits files, a backslash is added to all the files and I cannot open them on my Mac. Why does this happen? How do we send files without it happening?

I resolved my issue by going into the folder and removing the backslash in each file. Once I did that I was able to open my files in AutoCad.
