Automate block attributes

Hi all, I am working on a project, where I need to create grading levels for roads. I have attached the drawing showing one such instance. Could anyone help me automate the process so that I can reduce the manual feeding of data for hundreds of other locations. Thanks in advance!

Please try attached dwg.

The first block can not have any prefix, number only. You can redefine it so it has another attribute to represent the prefix.

Thanks @3wood , this works like a charm, I was wondering if you could explain or show me the concept of how to create one, I know it's related to insert fields, have tried a few steps, but unable to get the desired result!

In the field, insert a formula first. Then in the formula, right-click and insert another field. The imbedded field is the value of the first block attribute.

I can post some detail steps if you need detailed explanation.
