Autodesk Viewer stuck on "Loading"

Hello!

I've been trying to view our NWD file on viewer.autodesk.com on my iPad Pro.

I uploaded the NWD file and I can barely see a faded version of the model, but with "Loading" in front. After about a minute, the screen refreshes and the "Loading" screen continues. Left it alone all night, came back, still the same. Loaded apps for Chrome and MS Edge, still the same.

if you access the link from a PC or a computer does it work?

Are the other web apps on the iPad you can try?
