Hi @Anonymous,

Is this  a new installation of AutoCAD? Which version are you using and on what operating system?

Hi @Anonymous,

I am sorry to hear it. There are a couple of easy things to try..

1) Start AutoCAD with the no hardware switch per this article.

2) Try a Reset Settings to Default

3) Check to see if Windows has applied updates. You can elect to roll them back to see if that corrects the issue

Please work through this list and post your results.

BTW, what is your graphics card, driver and operating system?

Are you seeing any error messages?

Please select the Accept as Solution button if my post solves your issue or answers your question.

Hi @Anonymous,

Did the Reset help to get you back up and running?

Please add a post with the status of your issue.
