autocad 2025 unable to load cuix

It seems that on 2025 cuix are not loaded.

Is this a bug or must be rewrited cuix?

As writed, the original ribbon works in all the pc where the add-on is installed, with the cad from 2015 to 2024, only new customer with 2025 do not show the ribbon.

Reset AutoCAD2025, or even remove and reinstall, avoid any auto-migrating options this time, then try again: no issues here at all in AutoCAD2025 either.

OR... Here are ways to open a support case with Autodesk if you are on subscription to seek out Autodesk Support's help:

The solution is more easy... png are not fully supported in cuix, using bmp all work done.

We've successfully been using PNG since AutoCAD2018 I believe and never seen any issues in our offices. But luckily BMP is still an option too.

We found this problem only showing up in AutoCAD 2025.1 not 2025.0.1, and only with Administrative user not normal user...The same cuix works properly in 2024-2020.

Switching to bmp is probably working, but PNG is better as it supports transparency. It is clearly not an option. It worked in previous versions!

Then you and everyone in your office needs to notify Autodesk Support. Here are ways to open a support case with Autodesk if you are on subscription to seek out Autodesk Support's help:
