AutoCAD 2017 _ join vertex automaticly

Hi There,

I have to work with some CAD file where the vertex dont always match. I dont know how it happens but across the whole file looks like that:

There should not be a distance (yellow line) but there is a 0.0028mm gap between the vertex of the polyline+hatch and the other polyline. I have tried everything I know but nothing changes.

What are the coordinate values where these objects are ?

Are you saying that you've physically picked up the endpoint of the polyline and moved it to the other endpoint, using Object Snap, and the two endpoints are still not coincidental?
