Please search the forums for all the posts just like yours...ie, next time take into consideration whether or not any required programs you need will work in a new O.S. or not - by searching around for what other people are experiencing. All we can say at this time is to try some of the following suggestions, locate the "Reset Settings to Default" link that used to be found under Win7 here, Start menu > All Programs > Autodesk > AutoCAD (version) > Reset Settings to Default. If that doesn't work, try a Repair to the install. If that doesn't work, do a full uninstall/reinstall. If that doesn't work, you may need to refer to instructions Autodesk has posted regarding a clean uninstall process, where you go in and rip out stuff out of the Registry. But those instructions will be geared towards Win7, 8 or 8.1 and may not match what you have now. If none of that works, you are on your own until Autodesk produces a possible hot fix - but don't hold your breath as there's no guarantee that will happen.

To provide an update on this topic and thread. The following AutoCAD versions have been tested with Windows 10.

• AutoCAD 2016 is supported with the application of AutoCAD 2016 SP1.
• AutoCAD LT 2016 is supported with the application of AutoCAD LT 2016 SP1.
• The 2016 version of most AutoCAD-based verticals should be installable and perform as expected on Windows 10

Autodesk product versions of 2012 and earlier are no longer supported and are not included in considerations of Windows 10 compatibility.

The English language versions of AutoCAD 2015 and AutoCAD-based verticals should be installable if you have received the Windows 10 update, KB3081448 or later.

Other AutoCAD language versions and language packs can be installed if Windows 10 update, KB3105210, is applied prior to installation.
DWG TrueView 2015 can be installed if Windows 10 update, KB3105210, is applied prior to installation.

The 2013–2014 versions of AutoCAD products will not be supported on Windows 10. For all links and further information on this topic please read over the AKN Article

If you are having an issue with .NET or C++ please read over the AKN article and apply the correct .NET / C++ based on your AutoCAD release and operating system capacity.
