AutoCAD 2014 - Quick access toolbar missing

Hello, wondered if anyone could help with this - my quick access toolbar appears to have disappeared, have checked back through some previous threads on this but have not found a solution that works, have even tried reinstalling, but it still remains absent.

Any help/ suggestions are much appreciated.

Tried resetting to default, but doesn't seem to have made a difference.

If reset to default didn't work, there is something bigger going on.  a reset should have put every thing back the way it was when you first opened the program.

I'm out of ideas.

AutoCAD2014 is not supported in Win10 so there is one strike against you http://autode.sk/1IY4C2X

Why does it say EXPRESS in the bar above the Ribbon? I suspect that is your QAT, it's been edited.

Did you try this:
1) Open the CUI (type CUI at the command line)
2) In the top left window, highlight your workspace
3) In the top right panel, click "Customize"
4) In the top left panell, click the "+" symbol next to Quick Access Toolbar
5) Put a checkmark in the box
6) Click "Apply" and "OK" at the bottom of the CUI palette.

If not, its time to reinstall and install SP1 update for R2014 as well.

Have you tried updating the video card drivers yet? do so.

I think, as someone previously suggested, the problem may been caused by a windows update, my machine performed an automatic update a few weeks ago (I hadn't used AutoCAD since). Have now updated the graphics card drivers which seems to have fixed it.

- Thank you to all that replied.
