Attribute Text Size Not Matching Text Size

I am trying to get the text size in an attribute in a block to match the text above it. The text above it has the same text height (1/8") as the attribute, same text style, same width factor. But the text is noticeably different (see screenshot below).

Has anyone run into this issue before?

Share the actual DWG file with the block with issue in it please.

Sure thing. I'm trying to make a new title block to use for layout drawings. This .dwg should be stripped down, the issue can be seen in my rev block and then on the "Notes" option for toggling visibility between Approval/Notes

Do this first in UNITS command so AutoCAD can stop rounding as you've asked it to do with your current setting to see true sizes of things in your file

Thank you! That did the trick, I got it to match now. Had no idea that when I entered 1/8" that some of them were rounding down to 7/64.
