DWG to PDF.pc3 issues

Just recently I started having issues with dwg to pdf.pc3

I used to be able to right click on my model tab, select plot, select dwg to pdf.pc3, ANSI full bleed B (17.00x11.00 Inches) , Fit to paper, click okay and it would generate a pdf that was able to be edited. Now when I do all that, it generates as PDF but when I go to edit that, it changes it into an Image! I have researched everything, and I cannot find a solution to get it to go back to the way it was, because I HAVE to be able to edit the PDF.

I am using Autodesk AutoCAD 2023.

a) you changed the setting of this  pc3

  or

b) the content of your file is forcing that!

As first step we check variant b)

Start a new file based on acad.dwt

Change nothing but in model draw a line and plot to DWG to PDF.pc3

Still the same issue?

If not, share your original DWG and your created pdf.

Edit the PDF means what please? and in what PDF editor software?
And what about using one of the other 5 PDF drivers included in R2023?

Or are you using SHX fonts, not TTF, and you need to edit text in the PDF?
