Arcs not scaling correctly when exporting to PDF.

Hi all,

I am a relative novice to AutoCAD. I have created a drawing that I am attempting to print to PDF. When I view the drawing in the layout page all is as it should be however when I print to PDF all arcs in the drawing seem to be offset and don't join as they should. The issue seems to be effected by the scale I choose to print the PDF ie. the larger the scale, the closer the arcs get to their original position. Does anyone know how I can fix this so as the PDF matches the image I see on the layout?

I have attached screenshots showing how the drawing appears in the model space and how it appears when printed to PDF.

Thank you in advance!Screen Shot 2016-12-14 at 13.56.33.pngScreen Shot 2016-12-14 at 13.59.02.png

Amazing! Thank you so much for your help.

Okay... please humour my naivety. Can I ask what steps you took to generate that pdf? I have been trying all sort to no avail. Clearly there has been a simple solution that I have missed.

I can't explain why it did this:

the actual pdf is right but the preview when print is messed up.

I am using AutoCAD 2015 on mac. The screenshot below shows the limit options I have available when trying to plot the drawing. There are no plotters to select in the drop down menu and as such I have been using the 'print to pdf' function through Adobe Acrobat. Have you any idea why I am not able to see the same plotting options that are shown in your screenshot?

There is no Plot Setup menu on mac that I can find...

The process described on the link you kindly provided is the process I have been using before I created this post and is how I was taught to use AutoCAD. It was by following this process that I created the original PDF that I attached to the thread and contains the aforementioned plotting errors.
