Previously I was using 2019 and have recently upgraded to 2023. When I began to use a sheet set from a previously created job, I am getting errors when trying to save. After much troubleshooting, I've isolated the cause to be Placing Model Views on Sheet. Whenever I do this, exactly 105 bad blocks are created in the model space. These 105 bad blocks will multiply in exact increments of 105 every time a model view is inserted into paper space. I have already called tech support but they have not come up with a solution yet. Is anyone else having a similar issue? I've created new test sheets and test xref model views, I've purged, audited, and recovered all the project drawings, and I've done everything else I can think to remedy the situation. Thank you!
Do any of your workflows concerning these drawings include civil 3d?

Yes, I have 3 files xrefed in that originated in civil 3d. I have completely cleaned them up before using them, though.
Is the dahsed2 linetype in the drawing?
