2022 Customization file load failed: file not found

Customization file load failed: file not found: C:\users\pbondante\appdata\roaming\autodesk\autocad2022\r24\enu\support\acad

I've lost every command button ... really everything. The only thing I did yesterday was uninstall 2020, which I had on my machine along with 2022.  What can I do? Any help appreciated.

Repair/reinstall R2022 then restart your PC and try again.

You're not saying whether you use some custom cuix file or you have changed acad.cuix, or moved... do you still have it or it was removed. Do you have acad.bak.cuix?

Evidently, the whole support folder was missing. When I uninstalled 2020, something happened . Possibly 2022 was using the support folder for 2020, I don't know, but I had copied all support folders from both onto my C; drive in a misc folder. When I replaced the newest version of the support file  in the enu folder, it worked. At least 90% of my custom buttons etc came back, so I'm calling it solved. I think you were on the right track but the whole folder, not just the cuix file was missing.

Thanks! Appreciate the help.

I was trying to avoid that, but it was on my list of last minute options.

Thank you, I appreciate your help.

hi everyone,
it's a similar problem of mine that I tried to load (CUILOAD) or import (CUIIMPORT) both are useless.

I've loaded it several times in older versions. I see this only in this 2022 version. What should I do?

Thanks.

MENULOAD loads the file, shows the name of the loaded file, Apply OK etc... nothing changes. I see only the default drawing style name in the drop-down list.

I copy+paste the "Support" file from another computer and it works. But still getting a warning message when I tried to enter the CUI menu saying "...cuix file is missing."
