Solved: Re: 2018 QAT - Drop-down only?

I'm sure I'm missing something easy here. My QAT will only display a drop-down menu - no icons. Two attachments show the toolbar positioned above and below the ribbon, but how do I get the icons back?

Hi @NHHiker,

Have you tried moving the QAT back above the Ribbon? Does it make any difference? Perhaps the quickest way to fix this would be to open the CUIX and rt-click on the menu and perform a Reset. Is this an option?

Pick the down arrow on the QAT and pick the choices desired, then they will show as icons. Or are you saying you do that and they won't show?
