Toolbar Flyouts Not functioning

My tool set pallette window icons used to occupy the entire space of their window.  Recently, the icon size shrunk and the flyouts are no longer accessible.  

Any ideas on how to restore the size of the toolbar icons and to restore the flyout accessibility?

Hi,

Try menu Window -> Reset Palettes.

Thanks - I tried that and reset AutoCAD and it didn't do exactly what I wanted. It looks like the flyouts are working now - so thanks for that advice!  The icons stayed small and not sure what caused it. 

I just tried ICONSIZE and that solved the problem to 30.  i am not sure what caused them to shrink to 16, but, it is all good now!
