Black screen

When I open a new file or an existing file, I can see all the settings and tools but the drawing sheet is black, I can't see the cursor and I can’t draw.

Do you have this issue immediately after installation of AutoCAD?

What is your Mac model?

Have you tried to change Graphics engine in AutoCAD Preferences to "Open GL Profile"?

Version 11.2.3
Macbook Air (Retina, 13-inch,2020)
The issue came out four months after installation.
I tried to delete and re-install the program, but the issue remains.

I tried to change preferences to “”Open GL Profile” but it didn’t work.

You can try Clean Uninstall :
https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad-for-mac/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/...
Then install AutoCAD again.
