The menu display issue after AutoCAD Electrical 2020 Chinese Pack installed?

Could someone help me to solve the menu display issue like the below screen print (within red circle)?

Try reloading the AutoCAD Electrical CUIx file.

And during the last 3 weeks, I had downloaded the AutoCAD Electrical 2020 Chinese Pack several times , meanwhile, I had tried to fix this issue by following your directions again and again.

But the menu display issue still remains the same, unchanged.
