The project manager doesn't care where the drawings are. I recommend keeping the drawings in the same folder structure just so it is easier to find everything. If you want to copy to a thumb drive or archive a project you only have to copy one folder. You can have multiple folders inside the project folder though if you prefer. That is no problem.

If you right-click over a project name and select add drawings you are taken to Windows Explorer and you can navigate the folder structure of your computer and network. If you mean to see folders in the project manager window, the answer is no. I can't imagine why you would not want to see all drawings that make up your project at once, rather than having to open additional folders to see the drawings in the project. I'm curious what you're trying to do.
