When din rail is place on a back panel and a footprint or terminal block is place on the din rail some footprints make the din rail invisible at that point and other footprints or terminal blocks let the din rail stay visible?

Is there a setting, command, shortcut that will allow you to select which footprint shall be dominant and visible while the other one (din rail) is present just invisible where the two footprints merge?
I have attached a picture that shows what was explained.
The footprints that blank the din rail are usually
brought to the front in the draw order, and have a wipeout outline as part of
the block.
Wipeouts can be added to blocks by opening the dwg
file for the block, clicking on Draw->Wipeout, then placing the wipeout
outline around the edges of the block. Make sure to select the wipeout outline
when finished and set it's draw order to the back to allow block detail to be
shown. Save the block and either update the block in an existing dwg or insert
it into a drawing that does not already use the block.
To access the draw order go to Tools->Draw
Order.
If a block that you know has a wipeout included is
not wiping the background, just bring it to the top of the draw
order.
