Catalog Lookup Error

When I try to open the catalog database. I get the following errors and my Autocad freezes. Usually I can figure this stuff out but I'm stumped on this one.

I did fix this issue if anyone else runs into a similar problem. I installed a fresh version of Autocad Electrical but that did not fix it. I cannot confirm this but there were some data corruption issues on our server and I think my catalog got corrupted. I merged the corrupted file into an uncorrupted one using the migration utility. I did get a few syntax errors and may have lost some data but overall I'm pretty sure I recovered most of it. The catalog lookup is working again.
