workspace not showing anything

when i open autocad it opens with a black screen and it is not showing anything at all.neither croshair nor any objects.exact same thing iis happening in paperspace also..and not the cursor is showing in the workspace.

Might be time to reset AutoCADARCH if you cannot select another workspace then back to your with WORKSPACE command https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to...
