door not visible

while I am using the door and selecting the wall and it's only visible as like opening not as a door

I meet this problem usually while I am changing the wall thickness from 4" to 9"

  even I meet the same problem for window

when restart the drawing its solved automatically

Are all of your layers thawed and on?

Yeah it's no problem in layers
Because when I use the door in 4.5" wall it's fully visible while I m using over a 9" wall then its look like a opening
This problem occurs only some time
If I restart the program its automatically problem get solved

"some time" and "restart... gets solved" may simply mean your video card is not capable: try getting updated drivers for it, ensure WIn10 is fully updated too, and if needed go into GRAPHICSCONFIG command and start turning off hardware settings.
