AutoCAD Architecture is not available for MAC OS.
If you have a MAC you need to use Windows on your MAC to use AutoCAD Architecture https://kb.iu.edu/d/ahjj

Otherwise buy a Windows Laptop first.

No, it does not.  AutoCAD Architecture is a vertical program built on top of AutoCAD.  While "vanilla" AutoCAD is available for OSX, AutoCAD Architecture is not.  You can find links to the system requirements for various versions of AutoCAD Architecture here.  You will not find OSX listed.

You need WIndows OS if you have the MAC already.

My goal is to install AutoCAD on OS X using the same setup that I use on Windows. the program that lets you do all this exists and it's called crossover. I wanted to know if anyone has had experiences like that

There is nothing special to do to install Windows software in Windows regradless of how you got WIndows on your MAC https://www.codeweavers.com/support/wiki/mac/mactutorial/known_install

To migrate ACA customzations from one PC to another you can do this (it's not easy) https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to... but many users just start from scratch if it's not that much.
