Opening unselectable

I inserted an Opening in a Wall. Since I didn't want to see the lines of the opening, just the gap in the wall, I hid them all using the Display Components list. But now I can't select the Opening object anymore. What should I do to be able to select it?

In future make the opening layer non plotting that way you won't see it on your final prints but can still edit/move etc.  To select it now you could use the quick select function on the properties palette.

In addition to what Oilymo said, you can also change your display configuration.  If you're using Medium Detail for instance, the opening more than likely still has visible elements in HIgh Detail or Low Detail.
