Texture Editor not opening or not visible

Either the texture editor is not opening or is not visible when clicking on an image in the Materials editor. Have tried everything I can think of to locate behind other items or on other screens.  Moved, reduced size, changed screen resolution, disabled and enabled monitors. Any suggestions? Worked fine a week ago.

Did you try moving it in the CUI command yet?

Not sure how to do this. Typed CUI, opened the box, found image editor command, then what?
