selected layout tabs not showing in the publish list

Im using 2025 ACA.  I have a drawing that has 25 layouts in it.  When I select all layouts to publish, it only list 20 of the layouts listed in the drawing file.  In troubleshooting, I selected the last 6 tabs to see if they will show in the list and they do not.  Only the last tab that was in the previous list shows and the last 5 are not.  I tried selecting the last five layouts of the file and then no layouts are showing in the publish list. So next I did an audit and it did not have any affect on the publish problem.  If I close the file and open it again, publish works fine.  Does anyone have any ideas?

No consistency in when it happens or I am not able to recreate it.  It just seems to randomly happen.

Which method are you using to "select all layouts" please? My favorite is to just start PUBLISH command, and it auto-populates every Layout in my open DWG file(s).

And are the missing ones by chance lacking in a defined or saved pagestup?

Have you folks ventured into using SSM (SheetSet Manager) yet? It's the perfect tool for your type of usage: takes the guesswork out of PUBLISHing too.

Thank for your question:
We do it multiple ways. Right click the layout tab, "select all layouts", then right click the tab and select "publish selected layouts". We also will select the menu on the lower left corner and select the layouts and the same result happens.

The problem with sheet sets for us is the layouts are not always the same depending on the work need.

That's the ability that bests works in SSM: the ability to create subsets inside the master set. Give it a try sometime.

For your initial query: so you don't just use my method. give that one a try.

But first, ensure the missing layouts have defined PAGSETUPs (aka you can plot from them without having to select anything from a pop-up, nothing)., and if need be, turn off background publishing as another test to see if that helps.
