So i made a toolpalette in the standard autocad 2017 version, and it imports just fine in normal autocad, but the clients have autocad architectural, so to import it's a different method.
ARCH does not use the 'plain autocad' TPs unless they are running in an AutoCAD Profile (which removes all the features of ARCH). Are they doing that? Probably not.
What's on the TP you are trying to send them? maybe they can just create them themselves.
