Export Pallet

I’ve seen screen shots of people who have the ability to “export tool palettes”. 
when I try do the the same, the export tool feature is missing. 
how can I re enable this so I can share my palette with my team?

AutoCAD tool palettes can be exported but ACA content must be shared differently.  Use the contentbrowser to build catalogs, categories, packages, and tool palettes that can be shared by "publishing".  You can also use the generate tool catalog ribbon command on the customization panel of the manage tab.
