I am getting this error message every time I launch AutoCAD Architecture 2017. Any help to fix this is appreciated.

Thanks for your replies. Unfortunately the problem was not solved as per @pendean's solution. I am using Windows 7 by the way. I guess it is Norton Utilities that's causing this error but I must look into further details.

Do you have a lot of customization applied?

Did this start happening suddenly?

Have you tried resetting or repairing the software?

What makes you say it's caused by Norton Utilities?

If this is the case, you can start by making these Autodesk recommended exclusions in your antivirus program.
