AEC objects, such as Walls, will not display true curves, only faceted approximations of curves.  This is due to performance of the model.  As your image indicates, FACETDEV (Facet Deviation) and FACETMAX (Facet Maximum) are used to control the faceting.

  • Setting a smaller value for FACETDEV will increase the number of facets; it represents the maximum allowable distance from the midpoint of any one facet perpendicular to the true curve.
  • FACETMAX sets a maximum number of facets on one curve, which can be useful if you have curves of greatly varying size.  Smaller curves, with tighter radii, will want FACETDEV to be a fairly small number; to avoid a huge performance hit, FACETMAX allows you to set an upper limit to the number of facets on the large curves (overriding the FACETDEV setting).

That said, the odd treatment of your opening at the curves appears to be related to the Opening Endcap assigned to the Wall Style for Openings.  If I remove that, the holes in the wall disappear, and all of the components appear to curve nicely.  Unfortunately, I do not have time at the moment to examine that Wall Opening Endcap Style and the associated Wall Endcap Styles, to see if there is some adjustment that could be made to avoid the issue.  Decreasing FACETDEV and increasing FACETMAX make the anomalies at the curve worse, and add some to the other curves as well.  I would start troubleshooting this by checking out those endcaps and verifying there are no issues with them.
