Drawing space

I opened my drawing page this morning and this had happened, I have never seen this type of live reference lines on a page, what is this and how do I get rid of it?

I noticed you are using Autocad 2017 software.

You are posting this question in the Autocad Architecture software user forum.

Have you tried REGEN command?

Have you tried closing autocad and restarting?

I think this is a graphics card issue.

Sometimes a restart will fix this.

Turn off LINESMOOTHING and LINEFADING variables: if no fix, start GRAPHICSCONFIG command and start unchecking boxes on that pop-up.

Basically your video card is getting beat up by ACA.
