ADD COLUMNS TO GRID

Hi

Exists an option to add a set of columns directly to the grid instead one by one?

Similar to like revit does.

Thanks

Accepted solution

If you press Ctrl and click when adding a Column to a a Grid,it will be added to all nodes.  See the full procedure here:  https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad-architecture/learn-explore/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/2... .

My apologies; I am at AU this week and do not have access to a computer running AutoCAD Architecture to try it out for myself. Perhaps someone else can try itand report if they have the same results as you. I recall being able to copy a column to all open nodes of a grid, but have not done so in a while.

David is correct. Turn your tool tips on and hover over the grid while adding a column for hints. You may have to tap the CTRL key a couple of times to cycle to the mode you desire.

Thanks to both of you, I can finally do it! I forgot to drag and open a window selection after pressing CTRL

That is only one mode.  Two CTRL taps allows you to add columns everywhere.
