How do you know if your computer is ready for an AutoCAD installation?

I checked the system requirements for my installation of AutoCAD. Is there anything else to verify before I click the install?

Knowing the system requirements for AutoCAD is a great and important first step to a successful installation.

Following Best Practices is another method to ensure that everything will install properly.

Now there is a tool that you can test your environment prior to the install! Here is a link to the Prerequisite Checker. This utility will help you verify that you are ready to install AutoCAD as well as over 40 other Autodesk applications.

I hope this helps you to get your software up and running quicker and more easily than ever before!
